The TechSource One Access Manager tool is a self-service account tool that will allow the following:

  •      Password change
  •      Account unlock

 


***This tool is only to RESET or UNLOCK your email account. ***


 

How to login to the TechSource One Account Manager

From your favorite browser please visit https://reset.tsosupport.com or click here.

 

You will see the following page:

Please choose “User Login”


 


Sign in with your email address and email password 


 

 


Choose “Next”


 

 


Type in your mobile number then press “Add”


 

 


Choose “Next” 


 

 


Please answer all questions with answer you will remember then choose “Next”


 

 


If all options show GreenNow Complete”, choose “Finish”


 


Your answers will be saved.  Choose “Close”


 

 


This is your profile page for the access manager.  You will be logged into this page for all future logins.  You can access the QR code via your mobile device to access this page.
